Rental period: Sept 7th, 2023 to Jan 7th, 2024 (four months)
Monthly rent: $2500 per month (negotiable…and rent will be reduced for September if renter is willing to water garden)
Location: Parksville, BC (Vancouver Island)
This pretty little home is located in the quiet community of Sandpiper (in between Parksville & Qualicum Beach, just south of Chartwell).
It is a one-level rancher (1500 sq feet) with 3 bedrooms (master, guestroom & office), 2 bathrooms, a gas fireplace and a gorgeous private garden in the back.
There is a lovely yoga studio (Yoga Grace) in nearby Qualicum Beach (5-minute drive). And stunning Eaglecrest beach is only a 3-min drive away…or a 1/2 hour walk or 10-min bike ride.
This home is ideal for a writer or artist looking for a quiet place to work for a few months. As a writer myself, I know how important it is to have a serene space in which to create and focus fully on one’s craft. Â
This short-term rental is also suitable for someone who is looking to purchase a home in the area and needs a place to stay while house hunting…or have perhaps purchased a home and are waiting for their possession date or construction completion.
